CANCELLATIONS

1. Due to the speed at which the merchants (restaurants, grocery stores etc.) start preparing your order from their acceptance of a delivery request, cancellations are not possible once an order is created..

REFUNDS

  • 2. If any contents of an Order are incorrect, missing or in some way damaged, we may refund customers for all or part of the Fee paid.
  • 3. Please be aware that we cannot accept change of mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons (such as food and perishable items).
  • 4. To request a refund, please complete and submit the Refund Request Form. Any refund requests due to incomplete Orders must be notified to Multi Multi within 24 hours of Delivery or Collection.
  • 5. We will pass your refund request to the Merchant for authorisation. They can take up to 24 hours to respond. We will then process a refund or advise the outcome of the request.
  • 6. Multi Multi will pass your refund request to the Merchant for consideration against their own returns policy and Multi Multi will issue a refund if the request is accepted.
  • 7. Multi Multi will endeavour to act fairly to both parties when handling refund requests. A refund request may be rejected if we reasonably believe the problem was caused after Delivery
  • 8. A refund will also be issued by Multi Multi if: (a) you cancel an Order Request prior to it being accepted by a Merchant; or
    (b) the Merchant does not accept your Order Request; or
    (c) an Order is cancelled in full or in part for any reason by Multi Multi or the Merchant after an Order Request has been accepted but before Delivery or Collection.
  • 9.Where a refund is due to you in accordance with this policy, Multi Multi will refund the portion of the Fee taken as payment as related to the cancelled Order or Products.
  • 10.Customers cannot cancel an Order after the Order Request has been accepted. If you refuse to accept or Collect an Order or do not answer the door or phone on Delivery, you will be charged the Fee in full.
